Data stewardship without ambiguity.
This notice explains how Swiex handles production information, reference photos, permissions, exports, and deletion choices on iPhone.
1. Scope
This notice applies to the Swiex iOS application and the related policy pages. Swiex is a production continuity workspace for organizing scenes, characters, department records, assets, visual references, and reports.
2. Information handled in Swiex
Production content
You may enter project titles, production dates, summaries, scenes, characters, cast labels, wardrobe details, makeup details, hair details, prop details, asset quantities, placement notes, shot and take references, review status, and other production notes.
Photos and annotations
You may capture or select reference photos and add lines, arrows, shapes, or text annotations. Swiex may associate those materials with scenes, characters, assets, and continuity records.
Permission and preference information
Swiex may use the camera, the system photo picker, and Face ID after you choose the related feature. Face ID evaluation is performed by iOS. Swiex receives only the success or failure result and does not receive biometric templates.
Imported materials
If you import a Swiex project package, the app reads the project structure and media contained in that package so it can recreate the production workspace you selected.
3. How information is used
Swiex uses the information described above to provide the features you request, including continuity capture, timeline review, visual comparison, coverage views, asset tracking, report creation, project package import and export, and optional production access protection.
4. Storage, transfer, and sharing
Production content is maintained in the app's storage on your iPhone. Where supported by iOS, stored media uses system file-protection controls.
Swiex does not automatically send production content to the developer or to advertising and analytics providers. Information leaves the app only through an action you choose, such as exporting a PDF, creating a project package, or selecting a destination from an iOS sharing interface.
After you send or save an exported copy, that copy is governed by the destination, service, recipient, and settings you selected. Review their practices before sharing confidential production material.
5. Permissions and privacy choices
- Camera: You can deny or later change camera access in iOS Settings.
- Photo selection: You choose the specific photo presented to Swiex through the system picker.
- Face ID: Production Lock is optional and can be turned off in Swiex Settings.
- Sharing: You decide whether to export a report or project package and where to send it.
6. Retention and deletion
Production content remains available in the app until you delete the related record, asset, scene, or project; restore the bundled sample data; or remove the app from your iPhone. Deleting a project also removes the media managed for that project within the app.
Copies you previously exported are separate and must be deleted from their destination by you. Because Swiex does not maintain user accounts or receive production content, the developer cannot retrieve or delete content stored on your iPhone.
7. Security
Swiex uses iOS storage and protection capabilities appropriate to its features. You are responsible for protecting access to your iPhone, reviewing recipients before export, and managing copies after they leave the app.
8. Children
Swiex is a professional production tool and is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
9. Changes and questions
This notice may be updated when Swiex features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
